Oh meow gosh! Hello there, Chloe, the Cat here and welcome to Mewowville. It’s a beautiful day to do something ameowzing for yourself!
Let’s go to a mirror and look at ourselves for a moment. That’s it, just stare at you. The thoughts in your head, let’s try to put those off to the side for now, you can always come back to them later. Keep staring…yes…move closer…closer…close….! Too close!!
Back up and give yourself some personal space!
Goodness, human! ….now that you’ve looked into those beautiful eyes, did you see a cat standing behind you? (just kidding…ha…I can’t help myself sometimes)!
Look again and say to yourself:
‘I am beautiful and I can take on what comes to me today because I have 9 lives and each of them are going to be ameowzing.’

What is this? This is building confidence.
You try it with something that you know about yourself but that you can’t quite picture. Use the confidence cards as a starting point for your own confidence building. Stand in the mirror and tell yourself something good like, ‘I am going to be cool and calm in my meeting today because I’ve practiced so many times and I just know I will be fine.’
